I have been using 👆 this type of mindful meditation to hone in on the ability to do more of the following:
♠ Gain clarity
♠ Be present
♠ Being in flow
I read an article this morning that inspired me to share this post, with regards to building a basis for a flow state using the meditative / mindfulness practice.
