Of course, action is pivotal in making the changes that we need, but before we act, we must know ourselves
Here’s what I’ve been blessed with since I began my meditation practice, three years ago almost:
๐ฟ I learned to be aware my thoughts and my experiences
๐ฟ I became more in tune with being present and mindful
๐ฟ I became better at calming the stressors
๐ฟ I found a friend within myself
๐ฟ I learned to weather the storms better
๐ฟ I found my stregthen when I didn’t think I had it
๐ฟ The sense of acceptance in the practice of meditation helped me move forward and embrace the present.
๐ฟThe sense of self-awareness helped me discern what to let go of and what to keep pursuing.
