Meditation as Catalyst for Change

#meditation can be a huge catalyst for change, and for me it has been ๐ŸŒบ

Of course, action is pivotal in making the changes that we need, but before we act, we must know ourselves

Here’s what I’ve been blessed with since I began my meditation practice, three years ago almost:

๐ŸŒฟ I learned to be aware my thoughts and my experiences
๐ŸŒฟ I became more in tune with being present and mindful
๐ŸŒฟ I became better at calming the stressors
๐ŸŒฟ I found a friend within myself
๐ŸŒฟ I learned to weather the storms better
๐ŸŒฟ I found my stregthen when I didn’t think I had it

๐ŸŒฟ The sense of acceptance in the practice of meditation helped me move forward and embrace the present.

๐ŸŒฟThe sense of self-awareness helped me discern what to let go of and what to keep pursuing.
